do you ship to my country?

We are currently shipping to Canada, USA and UK.

Do you cover import fees?

No! Orders that may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We do not cover, reimburse, or collect any customs-related fees.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, but hurry!
We totally understand that minds (and carts) can change, and we allow you to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
Click here to send us an email with your order number and a quick note letting us know you’d like to cancel, and we’ll take care of it from there!

Once that 2-hour window closes, cancellations won’t be permitted.

How do I pickup my order?

Pickup orders are typically ready within 5–7 business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with pickup instructions.

Where is my order?

We require 3-5 business days for processing your order, and depending on the shipping option you chose, that time is additional.

Please note, our shipping schedule runs on Tuesdays and Fridays. This allows us to maintain efficiency and ensure each item is carefully packed, quality checked and handled with care.

If you have not received your order within a maximum of 20 business days from date of purchase, please contact us.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges as most items are made to order.
If you have any questions, please message us prior to placing your order.

HELP! I received a damaged item!

First off - we are so sorry!
We thoroughly check each item before it leaves our hands, but we are only human and sometimes mistakes can happen.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days at mittiandmuse@outlook.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We work on a case-by-case basis, and will find the best solution together, whether that means store credit, or a replacement.

Thank you for your patience and understanding in the meantime.

An item is missing from my order!

We carefully hand pack all our orders in-house, but on the rare occasion that an item is missing from your package, please reach out to us within 5 business days with the following information;

  • your full name
  • order number
  • which item is missing

Upon review we will send you a replacement or offer store credit.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! If you have a vision in mind, click here to send us an email with all the details, and we'll help bring it to life!

Custom orders currently have a wait time of 2-3 weeks, so please reach out to us accordingly. If your need your item(s) sooner, a rush charge of $10 may apply.

How can i maintain my apparel?

To keep your clothing looking its best, always wash inside out with cold or lukewarm water, on a gentle cycle, using a mild detergent with little to no fabric softener. Avoid bleach as it will damage the fabric and design.
For drying, it's best to hang your pieces and let the air do its thing as it's easier on the fabric, but if you choose the dryer, use a low tumble setting and skip the dryer sheets.
If ironing is needed, make sure to iron inside out and never directly on the design.
And finally, please do not dry clean.

By following these simple steps, you’ll help your clothing stay vibrant, comfortable, and long-lasting—just the way it was meant to be.
