EMAIL YOUR PHOTOS 📸

• Once you have placed your order, email your photos to kiranandco@outlook.com using your order number as the subject line.
• Attach your photos in the highest quality available in either JPG, PNG, or HEIC format. We advise sending the original files from your camera roll or gallery and avoid screenshots if possible.
• One Magnet = One Photo. Feel free to repeat your favourites, just let us know in the email that you’d like the same photo on multiple magnets.
• Our magnets are a fixed size, so some light cropping may occur, especially around the edges. Please avoid sending photos where faces/important details are close to the edge of the image. Choose photos with a bit of space around people/objects to make sure everyone fits on the magnet. If there are any issues with image quality or cropping, we’ll reach out before printing.

Care Instructions

Your custom photo magnets are designed to be long-lasting and easy to maintain. To clean, gently wipe with a soft dry cloth or a lightly damp cloth if needed. Do not soak or submerge the magnets in water, and avoid using cleaning products, alcohol, or abrasive materials, as they may damage the print. Keep magnets away from extreme heat or moisture, and avoid placing them near sensitive electronic devices or hard drives. For best longevity, store unused magnets in a cool, dry place.
