SADI KAHANI SUNO

It all started in 2017 with a situation that felt way too familiar.
Standing in one of those touristy shops at Niagara Falls, staring at a rack of keychains, knowing we wouldn't find our names.
No Kiran, No Rajdeep, No Simran in sight, there were plenty of Karens though!

That little moment was a big reminder that people like us have been left out for far too long.
So with love for our Panjabi roots and a passion for design, the ideas started brewing.
It wasn't until 2020 that we officially launched our website and our first collection in support of the Kisaan, and let's just say its taken a village, a whole lot of chaa and lots of ardaasan to get here.

At MITTI AND MUSE (formerly KIRAN AND CO.), we believe in the power of representation. That's why some of our pieces are historically meaningful, some are rooted in culture, and others in humour, nostalgia, and the little things that only we would understand.

We’re proud to be a Canadian brand, with all our products designed, packed, and shipped in-house. Every item is a labour of love, inspired by our community and created with care.

Whether you're wrapping your little one in a Khao Peeo Padh Maro onesie, rocking your Kambal & Chaa sweater, or gifting someone a piece that that makes them feel seen... Thank you for letting us bring a little more culture, joy, and desi vibes into your life.

We’re so grateful you’re here. 🤎

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

As Snoop says "First and foremost I wanna thank me ... " 😏
Just Kidding!
First off, all thanks and Glory to the Almighty Waheguru. 🙏🏽

Waheguru, thank you for the ideas that seemed impossible at first. Thank you for the courage to carry on even on the slowest of days, and for pushing me to keep going even when doubt creeps up. Thank you for being there during the busy seasons, and the sold out sweater days. Thank you for everything!
Through every high and every low, I am thankful to you Waheguru, for guiding me, and keeping me grounded. Tera lakh lakh shukar hai! 🙏🏽♥️

And now to you .. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to be here, and to support something that means so much to me. Every visit, every order, every "I told my friends about you," helps keep this dream alive.

What started as, "What if nobody buys anything?" has somehow turned into, "We're sold out of Bindified sweaters!" And it's a journey that still amazes me every day.

I am deeply grateful for every person who has supported our "small business" and allowed me to show my kids that with faith, hard work, and believing in yourself, you can pursue whatever 'silly ideas' you have.
If I can teach my babies anything, it's that with Waheguru by your side, anything is possible.

Thank you again!

With all my heart,
Kiran ♥️
